The Divorce Support Group is being facilitated by two therapists: Shauna Zotalis, LMFT, and Melissa Bolger, LMFT. Together they have over 20 years of professional experience and many more of personal experience in navigating changes in relationships and the impact of divorce on all. This is not group therapy and is not a replacement for mental health treatment, but rather focuses on sharing resources, information, and community with other folks who are going through divorce at the same time as you are. As the group leaders, we will bring you information and resources on specific topics each week while also encouraging peer-to-peer connection and support. Our hope is to hold a space that is validating, encouraging, and informative during a time of life that can be complex and isolating. So, please bring your questions, curiosities, and your insights and join us for 8 weeks of community building that may just last well beyond these two months.
Financial Investment
